Adobe Sign - Audit Reporting and Transaction Verification

Every document processed with Adobe Sign has an Audit Report associated with it. It shows the document name, creation date, the person who initiated the process, the status, and a transaction ID. If you received the completed form via email, it will be at the end of the document. It is also available as a separate document for download in Adobe Sign by opening the document under Manage Documents.

Verifying Transactions

  1. To verify the transaction, click on any of the signatures in the document.
  2. A browser window will open and will display a message indicating whether the transaction is valid or not.
  3. You may also go to directly use the transaction ID number from the audit report to verify the document. (See Figure 1.)
