Every document processed with Adobe Sign has an Audit Report associated with it. It shows the document name, creation date, the person who initiated the process, the status, and a transaction ID. If you received the completed form via email, it will be at the end of the document. It is also available as a separate document for download in Adobe Sign by opening the document under Manage Documents.
Verifying Transactions
- To verify the transaction, click on any of the signatures in the document.
- A browser window will open and will display a message indicating whether the transaction is valid or not.
- You may also go to https://lamarpa.na2.documents.adobe.com/verifier directly use the transaction ID number from the audit report to verify the document. (See Figure 1.)
