Badge Pass - Modify Expiration Dates

Log onto Server hosting BadgePass(Comanche)

  • On the desktop there should be a BadgePass Management Console
  • Select Entity Setup
    • Click on LSCPA
      • View/Modify under Fields > Custom Fields on the left
        • Select Expiration Terms
          • Click Add > Type in Terms ie: Spring 2026
          • Click Okay
          • Click Okay on Warnings  **CAUTION: If you change the name of a custom field that has already been created and has data in it, IT WILL DELETE THE EXISTING DATA!!!
          • Close Management Console
