LSCPA Self-Service Password Reset Enrollment Instructions

LSCPA Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) is a Microsoft-delivered service that lets enrolled users reset their own password. You MUST enroll with SSPR before you try to use it to reset your password.

  • Your information is protected.
    • Authentication phone numbers and authentication email addresses are not visible in the directory, nor are they saved in Banner. The only people who can see the alternative authentication phone and email address are you and LSCPA Information Technology Services system administrators. Only YOU can see the answers to your security questions.
  • You cannot change your office phone.
    • Changes to office phone numbers must be submitted to HR.
  • You may need to reconfirm your information.
    • After a period of time, and to ensure you still have the appropriate methods registered, LSCPA may require you to confirm your authentication methods.

If you need assistance, contact the Help Desk for assistance by E-mail HelpDesk@lamarpa.edu or by phone (409) 984-6150 during normal business hours.
